Refund Policy

PassGeni is built on a simple principle: you should never pay for something that doesn't work for you. We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the Team plan with zero risk. If you're unhappy after your first charge, we'll make it right.
14-day free trial
Every Team plan subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. Your payment method is collected at signup but you are not charged until the trial ends. You can cancel at any point during the trial — you will never be charged.
Trial access includes the full Team plan: 5,000 API calls/day, 5 seats, bulk generation up to 500, and all compliance presets.
Refund window
If you are charged and decide PassGeni isn't right for you, contact us within 7 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
For subsequent billing cycles, refunds are evaluated case-by-case. We handle every request fairly and respond within 2 business days.
How to request a refund
Email billing@passgeni.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. That's all we need. You do not need to explain why.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard by clicking Billing →. Cancellation stops all future charges. You retain full Team plan access until the end of your current billing period — we do not prorate or cut off access early.
- Cancel before trial ends → never charged, access ends immediately
- Cancel after first charge, within 7 days → full refund, access ends
- Cancel mid-cycle after 7 days → no refund, access continues until period end
What is not refundable
We do not issue refunds for partial months after the 7-day window, or for usage that has already occurred at scale (e.g., 100,000+ API calls consumed in a billing period). If you believe your situation warrants an exception, email us — we'll review it.
Disputes and chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cost both parties time and money. We respond to every refund request within 2 business days and will always try to resolve the issue directly. If a chargeback is filed without prior contact, we reserve the right to suspend access to the account during the dispute process.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page and notify active Team plan subscribers by email at least 14 days in advance.
